Who We Are
Since our founding in 1974 as the Upper Main Line Piano Teachers, the organization has dedicated itself to raising the standard of teaching and learning in music studios throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. At our monthly meetings, teachers collaborate, exchange ideas, and enjoy stimulating professional development programs that address all aspects of our profession. For students of all ages and levels, MLMTA sponsors masterclasses, recitals, festivals, examinations, and competitions throughout the year.
